AveNews

A bilingual publication and recurring report platform built from zero.

Challenge

AveNews needed an editorial product, public brand, bilingual reading surface, CMS, and local automation boundary that could grow without pretending to be a generic news template.

Bagaran role

Bagaran shaped the brand, product direction, website, CMS architecture, editorial workflows, public report surfaces, and operating standards.

Approach

  • Built on Next.js 16, React 19, Payload CMS 3, Neon Postgres, and Vercel Blob.
  • Kept expensive editorial generation local while publishing self-contained public artifacts through signed import routes.
  • Structured the live site around bilingual public reading, recurring reports, editorial scopes, and durable media assets.

Outcomes

  • A growing sister publication with a full public web platform rather than a static launch page.
  • Clear separation between private editorial automation and the public rendering surface.
  • Reusable proof of Bagaran work across brand, systems, technology, content, and design.

Multilingual public system

Can Bagaran turn a complex operation into a public multilingual product that keeps publishing?

AveNews shows Bagaran can turn complex editorial operations into a bilingual public product with durable content structure.

Proof points

  • Bilingual publication architecture
  • Recurring report and archive surfaces
  • Payload CMS and Next.js delivery
  • Operational content model for ongoing publishing
