This page describes the current Bagaran website and Visibility Audit intake. It is intentionally specific to what the product does today.

Information you send

If you request a Visibility Audit, we receive the contact details, business context, links, goals, language needs, timeline, budget range, and message you choose to submit. We use them to assess and reply to that request.

Retention and minimization

Inquiry records receive a review date 365 days after submission. Deletion is a reviewed operation. We do not store raw IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, webhook bodies, or secret request keys with the inquiry.

Service providers and purpose

Our hosting, database, storage, and email delivery providers process the minimum data needed to run the site and deliver the inquiry. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Aggregate product analytics

We use cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous aggregate page and product events. Page-view query strings and fragments are removed. Custom events contain only a bounded surface code and context code; they never include inquiry fields, submitted links, free text, raw URLs, or internal record IDs.

Your controls

Preferences and aggregate measurement stay separate.

Theme

The site stores your light, dark, or system theme choice locally so it can respect that choice on your next visit.

Questions or deletion requests

Email hello@bagaranagency.com from the address used in the inquiry. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
