How we use information on this website and handle audit requests.
If you request a Visibility Audit, we receive the contact details, business context, links, goals, language needs, timeline, kind of help you are considering, and message you choose to submit. We use them to assess and reply to that request.
Each inquiry is assigned a retention review date 365 days after submission. Records are not automatically deleted on that date; deletion requires review. We do not store raw IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, webhook bodies, or secret request keys with the inquiry.
Our hosting, database, storage, and email delivery providers process the minimum data needed to run the site and deliver the inquiry. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unrelated marketing.
We use cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous aggregate page and product events. Page-view query strings and fragments are removed. Custom events contain only a bounded surface code and context code; they never include inquiry fields, submitted links, free text, raw URLs, or internal record IDs.
Your controls
The site stores your light, dark, or system theme choice locally so it can respect that choice on your next visit.
Email hello@bagaranagency.com from the address used in the inquiry. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
