Bagaran aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public website. This statement is specific about the current evidence and does not turn automated checks into a claim of full conformance.

Panels with familiar controls

Panels and octagonal controls use conventional headings, buttons, links, tabs, visible labels, focus indicators, and selected states. The geometry carries identity; it does not replace the semantic control.

Equal surfaces

English and Armenian, light and dark themes, and desktop and mobile layouts are treated as equal release surfaces. Text can reflow without hiding the next action.

Preferences and continuity

The site respects reduced-motion, forced-color, and theme preferences. Form stages keep labels, instructions, review, error summaries, and entered values together.

Assessment status

Self-evaluated; the release’s human assistive-technology review is still open.

What is checked continuously

Automated WCAG checks, keyboard and focus contracts, responsive overflow, explicit theme and locale states, reduced motion, forced colors, form recovery, and visual regressions run against the release candidate.

Known review gap

A named reviewer has not yet recorded the final screen-reader, 200%/400% zoom, mobile keyboard, forced-colors, reduced-motion, and native-Armenian journey review for this release. Until that evidence exists, Bagaran does not claim full conformance.

Technologies and compatibility

The experience relies on current HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG, and WAI-ARIA support. Automated release checks cover Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit, including a mobile WebKit profile; assistive-technology compatibility is verified separately.
